A leading direct marketing company with offices in Spain and Portugal has once again placed its trust in Masvoz for the implementation of the company’’s virtual PBX in France. The recent acquisition by our client of a French company required the integration of the telephone systems from all group offices, and their management in a unified manner from the head office in Madrid.

The Masvoz solution does not just involve the provision of the Virtual PBX and the IP terminals for the company’s 37 telephone agents in France, but also of the French geographical numbers to serve its clients.

Consequently, the French office now has a new telephone system in cloud, without maintenance, and with intelligent telephony functions such as call recording, voice mail and real time statistics. Furthermore, the introduction of Internet telephony (IP telephony or VoIP) involves a significant saving in costs for the company, because the calls between different group offices are free and the maintenance costs in France are zero.
