The media talks about the growth of masvoz

The increase in turnover of masvoz was due mainly to growth of 29% of corporate telephony solutions for SMBs. Companies of this size are the most likely to take their communications systems to the cloud, as they benefit from high performance telecommunications without making an initial investment.

At the same time, the family of contact center products grew by over 50 %, reaffirming the commitment of the company for this segment. These solutions are aimed at customer service departments, or companies specializing in call center, managing campaigns large volumes of incoming or outgoing calls. The increased area of contact center was driven by a wider range of services to customers in growth sectors, such as tourism or e-commerce.

Masvoz offers companies solutions to manage their lines, PBXs and contact centers using technology “cloud computing”, which allows more flexible and efficient services.

“The use of cloud telephony is spreading rapidly in Spanish companies, and will do even more in the coming years, as it has done in the US,” says Alfred Nesweda, director of masvoz. “Masvoz has responded to this demand with high value-added solutions that adapt to suit each customer,” he adds.

In line with the growth of the activity of the company, the template Masvoz has grown 15 % last year to reach 40 workers. With this team growth, the company is also prepared to cope with the increased activity, which expected to increase by 50 % over the next three years.
