The main goal of the integration is to create instant IT opportunities and unified communication channels, while enhancing Microsoft’s capabilities.

Enreach, the rapidly growing European Unified Communications (UC) group in Europe, offering innovative contact technology and backed by investment firm Waterland, further strengthens its cloud productivity credentials with the integration of the distributor of cloud software DSD Europe (‘DSD’) and its sister company CloudLand. DSD is a high-growth provider of cloud products, IT, security and other services, for more than 5,000 resellers across Europe, through its leading portal to the cloud market.

The combination of DSD and Enreach opens opportunities for cross-selling compatible products, as well as the opportunity to share their joint experience for the benefit of distributors and customers of both companies. This acquisition is a significant step in Enreach’s growth strategy toward digital transformation services, supported by the accelerated convergence of IT and unified communications, as well as remote work market trends and cloud-based collaboration.

An Integrated Business

Stijn Nijhuis, CEO of Enreach states that: “Following the recent acquisition of Go2theCloud, a Microsoft Cloud service provider, the acquisition of DSD enhances the opportunity to provide our existing distributors with a comprehensive solution for all their digital transformation customers’ needs. DSD provides the required scale and expertise we need to help execute our strategy and rapidly scale into new businesses geared towards integrated productivity tools and services. As an established and fast-growing Microsoft reseller and distributor of other software solutions for IT and MSP resellers across Europe, we immediately identified a unique and strategic step with Enreach. Therefore, we are pleased to welcome DSD to our group.”

Integrated Productivity Offering

Founded in 2009, DSD was the first distributor to enable digital dispensing of a wide range of software brands. After launching its in-house developed cloud market, DSD has quickly become a leading provider of digital software for IT and MSP resellers, with a strong focus on the Microsoft ecosystem.

In this way, DSD will enhance Enreach’s portfolio towards an integrated offering of UC cloud services and productivity targeting Enreach partners, starting in the Netherlands, but with significant new channel opportunities in France and Belgium.

Regarding the company, it will continue to have its headquarters in Rosmalen, the Netherlands. Thijs van de Moosdijk, CEO and co-founder of the company, will continue to deal with existing DSD partners and help drive new growth initiatives in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe together with his experienced management team, reporting directly to Terry Aurik (CEO Enreach NL) and Martin Classen (Chief Product Officer Enreach).

Van de Moosdijk explains: “DSD is an established market operator with a strong history of rapid expansion in markets, both existing and new, and has a significant multinational presence in Europe. Our own IP cloud licensing marketplace, through which IT and MSP resellers can offer software to the end user on a SaaS basis, enables easy purchasing, activation and management of cloud software and services, but it will also help in an additional way to facilitate the growth of Enreach’s own partners.”

Enreach creates an opportunity to help our distributors add telecommunications services to their portfolio in an easy way. This makes distributors become one-stop ICT providers for their customers. With more than 40 cloud software and software providers in our cloud market we offer a highly personalized service to our partners with whom we develop strong relationships. Something that matches perfectly with Enreach and its claim: “working wonders for all its customers,” he adds.
