As a leading European provider of smart contact solutions, has acquired Numintec from Telavox in Spain. This transaction strengthens Enreach’s market position and its ability to serve customers and partners in Spain with tailored communications solutions, local market expertise and the benefits of an international European organisation.

Strategically located in Barcelona, where Enreach already has important contact centre operations, Numintec adds 20 years of experience in CCaaS and a team of 60 experts to Enreach’s contact centre business unit.

The transaction in Spain reflects Enreach’s strategic focus on key customer segments, including Contact Centre, Small Business, Midsize and Service Providers.
