masvoz will continue to operate independently while benefiting from group synergies, as well as market knowledge and Enreach technology. The company remains based in its current location in Barcelona. Alfred Nesweda, co-founder and CEO of masvoz, will continue in the future leading the business together with his current partners, Santi Vernet and Xavier Blasco.
The transaction is subject to the approval of the Spanish regulator and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
