Results of the survey of customer satisfaction Masvoz

With these studies we regularly getting feedback from customers in order to develop the skills necessary to improve their satisfaction level actions.   Last February we sent a survey to all our customers in order to measure their level of satisfaction with the products you use, quality of service and Masvoz in general. Globally, 83 % of customers are satisfied or completely satisfied with Masvoz. The trend of this indicator is positive, since in recent months 25 % of customers have improved their level of satisfaction.   The attributes most valued customers Masvoz are:  

  • The wide range of services (92% of customers are satisfied or very satisfied)
  • Ease of use of services (86% of customers are satisfied or very satisfied)
  • The functionality of services (85% of customers are satisfied or very satisfied)

If we compare to other competitors:

  • 87% of customers are better served with Masvoz with other companies
  • 87 % think that we are more dynamic and innovative
  • 80 % indicates that we have better products
  • 76 % feel more confident with other suppliers Masvoz

Finally, when asked whether they would recommend Masvoz others, 87 % said that it would.

Conclusions

First, we want to thank customers who participated in the survey. Your opinion is very important to us.   Regarding the results of the study, the overall positive assessment we get encourages us to continue working to improve the quality of products and service we provide to customers.
