The Expansion newspaper singles out Masvoz’s R&D-based growth

The telecommunications operator Masvoz is back in the news in the media. Recently, the economic daily Expansión picked up on the company’s growth, driven by a half-million Euro investment in R&D. Expansión elaborates on the news and even gives it front cover exposure on the edition for Catalonia. The company, sited in Barcelona and specialising in services to companies, closed 2011 with a turnover of 20.3 million Euros, 43% up on the results for the previous year. With regard to 2012, in Expansión the company says that its current objective is consolidation and to improve quality in order to offer its clients a better service. Since its inception, Masvoz has been committed to the development of telecommunications solutions for business, offered under the cloud computing model, an integrated communication management system. In fact, companies that enjoy the advantages delivered by Masvoz save up to 80% with regard to traditional telephony services. Masvoz is a telecommunications operator whose core activities are voice services (virtual switchboard, call recording, IVR, intelligent routing, voice recognition and synthesis, multiconferencing, virtual voice mailbox, IP telephony, virtual agent system, click2call, real-time call monitoring); numbering (intelligent, geographic, mobile and international network); SMS (sending of SMS and SMS premium); fax (virtual fax, mass sending), and TPV payment collection services. The company, which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, currently serves more than 900 companies.
