The main objective of the integration is to be leaders in the communications market as well as to get new clients in the mobile operators sector.
Enreach, the rapidly growing unified communications group backed by investment company Waterland, expands its presence with the addition of OSS Networks, SIA (‘OSS Networks’). The Latvian-based company is the leading provider of unified communications cloud services in the Baltic countries and has significantly doubled its revenue in the last three years. Its mobile cloud PBX solution will enhance Enreach’s telecommunications and IT offering for both customers and partners, including mobile operators. OSS Networks is the latest of Enreach’s acquisitions, backed by investment firm Waterland, thus strengthening the group’s presence in Europe.
Founded in 2010, OSS Networks is a fast-growing company whose services are used by more than 1,100 companies in the region. Thanks to a significant increase in its customer base, the launch of new IP cloud products, and successful partnerships, OSS Networks has achieved significant revenue growth in recent years. Now the company can offer Baltic companies access to a wide range of UCaaS, CCaaS and productivity solutions in the Enreach cloud, to help them evolve and compete in these times of constant change.
Leaders of the Competence
Stijn Nijhuis, Enreach CEO: “In this extremely competitive market for unified communications, OSS Networks has established a strong position in the Baltic region with its unique value proposition for a highly diversified client portfolio, including long-standing relationships with some of the largest telecommunications providers. Together, Enreach and OSS Networks will target new service providers in the Baltic countries and adjacent markets, integrating OSS Networks’ mobile cloud PBX platform, Smartmex, into Enreach’s product offering. This will allow us to offer even more innovative products to help our customers and partners, while making us the main competitor in the fast-growing UCaaS market and reinforcing our current “mobile-first” positioning. We are very pleased to welcome OSS Networks to our team.”
The company will maintain its headquarters in Riga, Latvia. Its three founding partners – Armands Meinarts (CEO and co-founder), Juris Breicis (co-founder) and Mārtiņš Gailītis (co-founder) – will continue to run the business and will also lead their 26-person expert team, which includes a strong development center, to drive the Enreach’s new growth in the region.
Armands Meinarts states: “OSS Networks is regarded as a pioneer of cloud telecommunications services in the Baltic market, with a client base corresponding to more than 40% of all SMEs in the region using cloud-based solutions and 33,000 current positions. By combining our local experience and Enreach’s successful track record in recruiting service providers, together we will tackle new business opportunities. In turn, this will provide greater value to customers and partners in the Baltic. With Enreach, OSS Networks will also benefit from the anticipated growth in the Baltic cloud market, with our locally hosted cloud PBX solutions.”
