Masvoz and Telsome Will Operate as Enreach from Today

As of today, masvoz and Telsome will operate jointly in Spain under the name of Enreach, a leading European provider of converged communications solutions for companies, with the aim of further strengthening its presence in Spain and continuing to grow in a key market for the group.

In order to expand in Spain, the Enreach group acquired masvoz, a provider of cloud communications solutions, in November 2019, completing its range of services and expanding its portfolio. Its contact center solution, which is now used by companies across Europe, allows customers to communicate with their users by phone, WebChat, WhatsApp and email, and optimizes conversations with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Two years later, Enreach announced the addition of Telsome, turning its virtual PBX service into a complete unified communications solution, with mobile telephony, fiber, and videoconferencing and collaboration tools.

More Than a Rebranding

This brand change reinforces Enreach’s commitment to promoting its business in our country and contributes to the group’s purpose of creating a single environment with the best products and services in the sector.

Enreach History

Enreach was formed in 2018 with the support of independent investment group, Waterland Private Equity, from the combination of Swyx (renamed Enreach DE) with Netherlands-based Voiceworks and France-based Centile Telecom Applications (renamed Enreach for Service Provider). Since then, the group has successfully combined a dynamic Buy-and-Build strategy with organic growth across Europe and the introduction of more value-added solutions to its product portfolio. Enreach’s growth strategy continues to be supported by Waterland Private Equity, which also recently opened an office in Barcelona, Spain.
